Please read carefully the following terms and conditions before completing the "booking form".
By completing the booking form you assure that you have carefully read and understand the TERMS AND CONDITIONS settled out below.
- Reservations and payment
Confirmation of reservation will only be made once a non- refundable deposit of 25% of the full price has been received, at time of booking, with the completed Booking Form and the copy of your passport.The balance must be paid within 30 day prior the package tour departure. If full payment has not been received timeously, the reservation will be cancelled. All instructions about the trip, details of schedule, equipment needed, and other information will be sent to you once the reservation is valid/about 30 days before the departure date.
- Prices
Prices quoted to clients include all taxes and levies (tourism levies, FOC policies, Vat#...). Prices are free of commission.MEA reserved the right to increase any prices where currency fluctuations happen until the full payment. The client is responsible for checking on eventual price increases prior to full payment.
- Change in the booking
Any change of the booking can cost you a charge of 20 % As a result, the trip may be cancelled if such change makes it unfeasible for us to operate.
- Refund
No refund can be made after the day of departure:
- If due to medical reason or any other reason of its own, a client couldn’t participate at the tour.
- If the trip leader feels the need to disqualify a participant at any time of the trip, because of his behaviour, fitness or other reason that can jeopardize the other participants.
- If for any reason whatsoever, hotel rooms, meals or other accommodations were unused.
- Insurance
It is the client’s responsibility to take out a travel insurance covering: death, emergency medical evacuation, personal accident, medical expenses, eventually personal baggage and money. A cancellation and curtailment insurance is strongly recommended at the time of the booking.
- Medical and health
It is the responsibility of the client to take medical precautions, such as anti – malaria. As tours may involve a level of physical activity, we advise you to make us known of any medical problems at the time of booking to avoid any damage or injury. If necessary, the trip leader may alter the itinerary or ask the person incapable not to participate in certain activities during the tour. No refund will be given.
- Client’s responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to fulfil all the travel documents required (valid passports, VISA…) and to get the international air ticket. - The guest is required to accept the jurisdiction in the country, and assure that any of his actions in connection or not with the contract are under the country – law.- The client must respect the customs in the country.
- Liabilities
MEA, its owner, employees, or any other person acting through or on behalf of MEA, assumes no responsibility of any loss, damage, injury or death to person occurring from any errors, negligence or not from any other third party’s services. MEA is not responsible for acts of God, equipment failures, vehicle accidents, illness from food or otherwise, assaults, theft or criminal activity, detention, annoyance, delays, quarantine, strikes, unexpected change in the schedule of any means of transports, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which it has no control.All clients are bound by the terms and conditions in the contract lay with the carrier by land, sea and air. MEA is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from any negligence, wilful act or act of failure of the respective carrier. MEA reserved the right to change or to cancel an itinerary because of unforeseen circumstances (weather or any other reason) when it is advisable for the safety and the well- being of the clients. No refunds can be made.
